1. If you are not completely satisfied with Jack or any of his family members, simply send them back for a full refund EXCLUDING shipping and handling.
2. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
3. Please include a copy of your invoice in your return package.
4. Every effort will be made to refund you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
